Week 2: Cake Decoration (Fondant)

  • Introduction to fondant, introduction various tools, covering a dummy cake with fondant, covering a cake board with fondant
  • Types of shapes used in fondant modelling, Using various textures, silicone Onlays, frills, fabric effects,
  • Using Plunger Cutters and Silicon Moulds, Ruffles & bows, 2d fondant animal toppers, teddy bear
